Don has called NOVA home for the last 20 years. He grew up in upstate NY on his parents’ dairy farm. Don received a ROTC scholarship to Murray State University in Kentucky where he graduated with a Bachelor of Science. He was also commissioned as a 2nd LT in the Army. Don spent the next 25 years working as an IT/ Telecom Executive. In 2000, Don received his MSA in Technology Management from George Mason University. Don has been on the Jennifer Young Homes Team as a buying agent since February 2015.

As the Short Sale Manager/Agent, Edson consults with distressed property owners on the day-to- day business concerning bank negotiations and paperwork. Edson is bilingual and brings to the Jennifer Young Homes Team a wealth of knowledge concerning the crafting of hard ship letters, detailed documentation and effective lender negotiations. No matter where you are in the process of short selling your home, Edson is the one making those calls to the right contacts in the lending departments involved and coordinates with the attorneys working on your behalf for Jennifer Young.

As Listing Coordinator, Kathy works closely with Jennifer and the team to help oversee the many aspects of getting a home on the market. From scheduling appointments with our home stager and professional photographers to going live in the Multiple Listing Service to setting up our showing service Kathy works to make the transition onto the market as smooth as possible for our clients.
